Livestreaming FAQ

How do I watch?

Ticketholders to each virtual Palm Beach Symphony concert will receive an email one hour before the live broadcast containing a private access link to the broadcast which streams via Vimeo on our website.

If you purchase your concert access after the concert’s broadcast, the link will arrive in your order confirmation.

We suggest you test your link when you receive it and then join the broadcast about ten minutes before the livestream begins.  If you have any problems or have not received your link, please contact our staff by email at info@palmbeachsymphony.org

How long is the stream available for?

Palm Beach virtual concerts are available for seven days after the livestream broadcast.

Can I watch on my TV?

Vimeo is accessible on web browsers and perhaps the easiest method for watching on your TV is connecting your computer to your TV via an HDMI cable.

But Vimeo is also accessible through apps on iOS, Android and on certain smart TV platforms.  Access their help links below:

System Requirements for Vimeo

Supported TV Platforms   |  Logging into Vimeo

If you have a Vimeo compatible TV, make a vimeo.com account and add the performance video to your “Watch Later” in the web browser or phone app to make it easier to find it on your TV later!
