Please monitor your health closely in the two weeks prior to the concert. Please try to avoid large gatherings, unnecessary travel, and high-risk activities during the 14-days prior to the concert.
Wellness check - consider staying at home if you exhibit any of the following within the past 14 days:
Have had direct contact with or exposure to individuals testing positive for COVID-19.
Have recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Are currently waiting for results for a COVID-19 test.
Have experienced COVID-19 symptoms, such as:
Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Joint pain, Rash, Sore throat, Loss of smell, Red eye, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Loss of taste, Severe headache, Weakness, Bruising or bleeding, Muscle pain
INFORMATION ON ATTENDING
Limited capacity: 50 guests
Time: 2:00 PM (Doors will open to the lobby and theatre at this time)
Entrance: Guests will enter through the Okeechobee side doors to the lobby and guests must go directly to their seats (no mingling is allowed)
Parking: All guests must park in the garage and enter through the Iris Street Entrance [map]. Park on level three to avoid the stairs and elevators.
Guests who may not be able to walk from the garage may be dropped off in front of the theatre under the canopy by the Okeechobee doors and drive may then proceed to the garage.
Pickup will occur in the reverse manner
Wheelchairs will be available at the entrance
A Symphony volunteer will be stationed near the garage to call staff in case a guest needs a wheelchair from parking.
Covid-19 Protocols: All guests are required to wear a mask during the entire time on property and social distancing will be in effect. Temperatures will be scanned by wrist monitors prior to entry to the building. If a patron has a temperature of 100.4degrees or above, they will be turned away. Hand sanitizing stations are available through the lobby.
Securing Screening: Normal procedures are still in effect. Guests will be screened prior to entering the lobby
Seating: All seating will be on the Orchestra level through the 2 center door. Guests will be asked to spread out with 6ft in each direction between each party. Kravis Center staff will have the final say in seating guests.
Restrooms: Only restrooms on the main lobby will be available with attendant present for constant sanitation.
Food & Drink: Bar is closed for renovation. There will be no food &drink available at Dreyfoos Hall.
Intermission: Guest will need to remain seated during intermission unless they need to use the facilities.
End of Performance: Guest will need to remain seated. Kravis Center staff will dismiss audiences starting from the back.
